Biography

Natalia P. Vilá-Palacios is a Member of the Corporate Department at O’Neill & Borges LLC, where she has practiced since 2021. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law in Puerto Rico, with an emphasis on transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and commercial lending. Natalia also advises clients on regulatory compliance, particularly in areas related to insurance and health law, helping clients navigate complex legal frameworks and industry-specific requirements.

Before joining the firm, Natalia served as Judicial Clerk to Associate Justice Luis F. Estrella Martínez on the Puerto Rico Supreme Court. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Puerto Rico Law School, where she served as Associate Director of the University of Puerto Rico Law Review.
