José R. Cacho is Senior Counsel in the Corporate Department at O’Neill & Borges LLC, where he brings more than three decades of experience in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, commercial lending, and public finance. He is widely regarded as a trusted advisor to U.S. and international companies establishing or expanding operations in Puerto Rico, offering strategic counsel that combines transactional skill with deep knowledge of the island’s regulatory and economic environment.
José’s practice covers the full spectrum of corporate and financial transactions.
