O’Neill & Borges LLC has once again been recognized with the accolade of “Law Firm of the Year – Puerto Rico” by Chambers and Partners. The award was presented in a ceremony held by Chambers & Partners in Mexico City on March 4, 2026 along with other leading law firms from Latin America.
This is the eighth time the firm has been recognized with given this top award. This recognition follows more than six decades of service, during which O’Neill & Borges has played a key role in many of the most significant legal matters in Puerto Rico. Today, the firm comprises approximately 80 attorneys and paralegals working across more than 30 practice areas, serving clients that include Fortune 500 companies, major Puerto Rican businesses, and the Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico.
