Patricia Torres-Castellano

Patricia Torres-Castellano joined O’Neill & Borges as an Associate in the Labor and Employment Department.

Prior to joining O’Neill & Borges team, Patricia worked as an Associate at a law firm in Puerto Rico and as a Judicial Clerk to Associate Justice Mildred Pabón-Charneco of the Puerto Rico Supreme Court. She also worked as a Judicial Clerk to Judge Félix R. Figueroa-Cabán at the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals

While in law school, Patricia was Editor-in-Chief of the University of Puerto Rico’s Law Review and served as a Student Law Clerk to Judge Migdalia Fraticelli-Torres at the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals. She assisted in the edition of the book La Hipoteca en el Derecho Inmobiliario Registral Puertorriqueño written by professors Ana Gómez-Pérez and Lourdes Quintana-Lloréns. Patricia has published two law review articles: Daños continuados por inundaciones: Latentes aún después del Huracán María, 1 Rev Jur UPR In rev 9 (2017), and La expedición de ingresos involuntarios: ¿factor que influye en la crisis de salud mental de Puerto Rico?, 53 Rev. Jur. UIPR 735 (2018-2019).
