Biography

Owen A. Rivera-Colón joined the firm in 2021 as an associate attorney in the Corporate Department.

Owen concentrates his legal practice in the areas of corporate law, commercial lending, real estate and distressed assets transactions. He has experience with due diligence, drafting and closing real estate and commercial lending transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers.

Prior to joining O’Neill & Borges, Owen served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals. While attending Law School, Owen served as a Senior Editor of the University of Puerto Rico Law Review and worked as a Research Assistant and as a Law Clerk in a small corporate firm.
