Odalys M. Fuentes Cruz

Odalys M. Fuentes Cruz is a Member of the Corporate Department. She joined O’Neill & Borges in 2021. Odalys is also a Certified Public Accountant and Notary Public.

Prior to joining O’Neill & Borges, Odalys was an associate at a boutique law firm where she practiced Corporate and Tax Law, Tax Litigation and Estate Planning. Odalys also worked for 5 years in the Tax Advisory Division of a major accounting firm in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where she reached the position of Manager. Her practice is focused on Puerto Rico taxes and the application and negotiation of tax exemption decrees for tax incentives, such as Act 20-2012, Act 22-2012, Act 73-2008 and Act 273-2012.
