Natalia P. Vila-Palacios

Natalia P. Vila-Palacios is an Associate in the Corporate Department since 2021. Prior to joining O’Neill & Borges, Natalia served as a Judicial Clerk to Associate Justice Luis F. Estrella Martinez of the Puerto Rico Supreme Court. While attending law school, Natalia served as a Student Law Clerk to Judge Francisco A. Besosa Stubbe of the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, led the University of Puerto Rico Law Review as Associate Director and worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Jose L. Nieto Mingo. As an undergraduate, Natalia also worked as a Public Policy Intern for the National Hispanic Caucus for State Legislators in Washington, D.C. and was a selected member of the Cordova & Fernos Congressional Internship Program. Natalia holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science degree, both with Magna Cum Laude distinctions.
