Joshua Rodríguez-Rivera

Joshua Rodríguez Rivera is an Associate in the Litigation Department.  He joined O’Neill & Borges in 2023. Prior to joining O’Neill & Borges, Joshua worked in the Civil and Commercial Litigation and Employment Practice Group of a legal firm located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Joshua graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus with a Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Relations with a minor in Human Resources Management.  Later, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Law, where he worked as a Research Assistant and collaborated with the Commercial Committee of Puerto Rican Academy Jurisprudence and Legislation. While studying in the School of Law, Joshua clerked for Hon.  Nereida Feliciano-Ramos in the Court of First Instance, Carolina Superior Court.
