Antonio L. His experience includes appearances and advocacy before the Puerto Rico Department of Natural and Environmental Resources (DNER), the Puerto Rico Energy Bureau (PREB), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, as well as other governmental entities.Mr. Collazo-Bennazar is particularly well regarded for his work in the energy sector, where he advises key stakeholders—including project developers, EPC contractors, investors, lenders, and offtakers—on both renewable and conventional energy projects.
