Biography

Heike M. Tzieply joined O’Neill & Borges in 2021 as an Associate in the Corporate Department and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2024. During her 4 years at the firm, Heike has developed experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including M&A transactions, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance and licensing, real estate, CDBG recovery projects, and private equity funds. Prior to joining O’Neill & Borges, Heike served as Judicial Clerk for the Hon. Nery E. Adames Soto, Judge of the Court of Appeals of Puerto Rico (2018-2019). She is also a Notary Public.

Heike holds a Juris Doctor (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, and was recognized as first in the class of 2018, receiving the award for highest GPA. She also holds a B.B.A. in Management (Summa Cum Laude) and an M.B.A. (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Puerto Rico.

She is fluent in German, Spanish and English.
