Heike M. Tzieply

Heike M. Tzieply is an associate in the Corporate Department. She joined O’Neill & Borges in 2021. Prior to joining O’Neill & Borges, Heike served as Judicial Clerk for the Hon. Nery E. Adames Soto, Judge of the Court of Appeals of Puerto Rico (2018-2019).

Heike holds a Juris Doctor (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, and was recognized as first in the class of 2018, receiving the award for highest GPA. She also holds a B.B.A. in Management (Summa Cum Laude) and an M.B.A. (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Puerto Rico.

She is fluent in German, Spanish and English.
