Biography

Francisco B. Rivera-Fret joined the firm in 2024 as an associate attorney in the Corporate Department.

Francisco focuses his legal practice on corporate and real estate, administrative law and regulatory affairs.

Prior to joining O’Neill & Borges, Francisco worked as a real estate officer at the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (PRIDCO) and later as a staff attorney in the Legal Department of the Department of Economic Development and Commerce of Puerto Rico (DDEC).
