Biography

Camila S. Reyes Dorna joined O’Neill & Borges LLC in 2025 as an Associate Attorney in the Litigation Department, where she supports the team in the preparation and handling of civil and commercial litigation matters, representing both plaintiffs and defendants at both trial and appellate levels.

Ms. Reyes-Dorna earned her Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 2024. That same year, she obtained one of the highest scores on the Puerto Rico Bar Exam, placing within the 98th percentile. In 2018, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Strategic Communications, with a minor in Marketing, from American University in Washington, D.C.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Reyes-Dorna spent seven years gaining experience in administrative proceedings and business immigration law. Her practice focused on investor- and employment-based petitions for high-net-worth individuals seeking to relocate to the United States. She worked with clients from Latin America, Europe, and Asia, offering strategic legal guidance in support of international business expansion and economic development initiatives. In this role, she regularly analyzed multimillion-dollar investment portfolios and applicable legal frameworks to facilitate successful relocations to various U.S. jurisdictions. Her clientele included foreign government officials and senior executives in sectors such as oil and gas, manufacturing, mining, pharmaceuticals, energy, infrastructure, logistics, finance, and telecommunications.

Ms. Reyes-Dorna’s background in strategic communications enhances her ability to distill complex legal issues with clarity and precision—an asset in high-stakes litigation and client advocacy. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
