Astrid E. Velez-Rivera

Ms. Astrid E. Vélez-Rivera is an associate in the Corporate Department. She joined O’Neill & Borges in 2019. Her main areas of practice are real estate, mortgage law, commercial lending and general corporate law. She has been involved in numerous transactions representing both local and international entities in diverse matters, including hospitality projects, commercial leases and acquisitions, purchase and sale of businesses, as well as corporate expansions. In 2023, she completed a Master of Law in international corporate and commercial law.
