Alejandro A. Santiago-Martinez

Alejandro A. Santiago-Martinez joined O’Neill & Borges LLC in 2019 as an associate in the Litigation Department. His practice areas include general civil and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts.  Alejandro served as a law clerk for the former Chief Judge of the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals, Hon. Migdalia Fraticelli-Torres. During his time in Washington, D.C. pursuing his Master of Laws degree, Alejandro served as a Research Assistant in the Georgetown University Law Center, where he gained experience on the regulation of capital markets and financial derivatives. Additionally, he worked in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as part of their Student Honors Program.
