Adriana S. Vélez Rivera

Adriana S. Vélez joined O’Neill & Borges LLC in 2023 as an Associate Attorney in the Corporate Department.   Adriana focuses on corporate law, real estate, governing matters, and corporate transactions.

Adriana obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in sociology from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.   After her college graduation, she worked as a litigation paralegal for two years in a DC law firm.

In 2023, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Inter American University School of Law in San Juan, Puerto Rico.  During her three years in law school, she was the president of the Hispanic National Bar Association and member of the 2023 class council.  Adriana also was the research assistant to Professor Pedro Caban for his Contracts Law course and participated in the O&B Summer Associates Program.
