We represent corporate and government issuers, underwriters, letter of credit issuers and other credit enhancers, trustees, investment companies and venture capital funds in public offerings and private placements of municipal securities, corporate stocks and bonds, investment company securities, and asset-backed securities. Our clients include the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and several of its public corporations and instrumentalities, as well as many national and Puerto Rico-based investment banks.
