O&B recently obtained a verdict in favor of its clients in a multi-million dollar breach of contract and fraud claim. After a six-day trial, the court of first instance returned a judgment in favor of O&B’s client. The court of appeals affirmed the verdict, and the Supreme Court denied cert.
