Samuel
Rosado-Domenech

Department.
He
was
also
Deputy
Executive
Director
of
the
Puerto
Rico
Tourism
Company,
where
he
concentrated
his
efforts
in
the
areas
of
hotel
planning,
development
and
financial
incentives
and
in
managing
the
Tourism
Company's
equity
interests
in
various
hotels
in
Puerto
Rico.
Mr.
Rosado-Domenech's
diverse
practice
involves
a
wide
variety
of
matters
relating
to
business
formation,
business
and
tax
planning,
merger,
acquisition
and
reorganization
transactions,
secured
and
unsecured
financing
transactions
and
issuances
of
debt
securities
in
Puerto
Rico.
In
the
tourism
area,
Mr.
Rosado-Domenech
has
been
involved
in
virtually
all
aspects
of
hotel
development,
from
matters
relating
to
resort
development
and
real
estate
acquisition,
to
tax
and
tax
incentive
planning
and
project
and
structured
finance.
Mr.
Rosado-Domenech
has
had
significant
involvement
in
conceptualizing
and
drafting
a
number
of
laws
and
regulations
on
the
tourism
industry.
