Raymond
C.
O'Neill
is
one
of
the
founding
partners
of
the
O'Neill
&
Borges
law
firm.
After
completing
his
legal
education
at
Columbia
University
in
1957,
Mr.
O'Neill
worked
at
the
New
York
offices
of
the
law
firm
of
Cahill
Gordon
&
Reindel,
LLP.
Upon
moving
to
Puerto
Rico
in
1960,
he
worked
for
approximately
two
years
at
McConnell
Valdes
before
deciding
to
start
a
new
firm.
In
1963,
with
Edward
M.
Borges,
he
founded
the
law
firm
of
O'Neill
&
Borges.
Through
the
years,
Mr.
O'Neill
assisted
numerous
clients
from
a
variety
of
industries
in
the
process
of
commencing
operations
in
Puerto
Rico
with
particular
focus
in
the
practice
areas
of
taxes,
mergers
and
acquisitions
and
corporate
finance.
Although
he
is
now
substantially
retired
from
active
practice,
our
firm
continues
to
benefit
from
his
years
of
leadership
and
experience.
