Delgado-Hernández

Rico

November

Chief
Judge)
of
the
United
States
Court
of
Appeals
for
the
First
Circuit.
From
1993
to
1995,
Mr.
Delgado-Hernández
served
as
Solicitor
General
of
the
Commonwealth
of
Puerto
Rico.
In
1995,
Mr.
Delgado-Hernández
was
appointed
judge
of
the
Puerto
Rico
Court
of
Appeals,
where
he
served
until
1996,
at
which
time
he
returned
to
the
firm.

Delgado-Hernández

in
