Pablo
Rodríguez-Solá
is
a
member
in
the
Corporate
Department.
He
joined
O'Neill & Borges LLC
in
1990. Mr. Rodríguez-Solá presently heads the Department.
In
the
general
corporate
area,
Mr.
Rodríguez-Solá
represents
on
a
regular
basis
a
diverse
group
of
clients
in
the
contract
manufacturing,
fast
food
and
financing
industries.
As
part
of
his
lending
practice,
Mr.
Rodríguez-Solá
has
worked
in
numerous
bank
financings
representing
both
borrowers
and
lenders.
He
represented
Banco
Bilbao
Vizcaya
Argentaria
on
a
regular
basis.
In
the
private
equity
finance
area,
Mr.
Rodríguez-Solá
participated
in
the
organization
of
the
Puerto
Rico
Entrepreneurs
Fund
and
in
its
licensing
as
a
small
business
investment
company.
He
has
also
represented
the
Fund
in
all
of
its
venture
capital
investments.
Mr.
Rodríguez-Solá
has
also
been
involved
in
numerous
merger
and
acquisition
transactions,
representing
both
buyers
and
sellers,
including
privatizations.
He
also
regularly
advises
principals
contracting
with
Puerto
Rico
distributors
and
sales
representatives. Mr.
Rodríguez-Solá
is
also
a
certified
public
accountant.
