Michelle Marichal-Soderberg is a member in the Corporate Department. She joined O'Neill & Borges LLC in 2002. Ms. Marichal is also a certified public accountant. Ms. Marichal’s practice involves a wide variety of matters including business formation, tax planning and tax incentive planning and negotiation. In the tourism area she is involved in the tax and tax incentive planning. She has also substantial experience in the establishment of employee benefit plans in Puerto Rico and its compliance with Puerto Rico law.
