Mrs. Holley joined O'Neill & Borges LLC in 2011 as an associate in the Litigation Department. Upon graduation from law school, Mrs. Holley clerked for The Hon. Federico Hernández Denton, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, and later for The Hon. Efraín Rivera Pérez, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. From 2009-2011, Mrs. Holley worked in private practice at a local law firm in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
