PROFILE

Mario Pabón is a senior counsel in the Litigation Department. He joined O'Neill & Borges LLC in 1976. During his more than 25 years in practice, Mr. Pabón has represented an extensive number of corporate clients in judicial, extrajudicial and administrative claims, and has acquired substantial experience in tort, contract, and complex commercial and construction cases. His clients include Perini Corporation, Kiewit Construction Group, Lucent Technologies, Levitt Homes, ESSROC San Juan, the Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico, and Stewart Enterprises, among many others. He has also participated in construction law education panels sponsored by various organizations.
