PROFILE

Liza M. Ríos-Morales is an associate in the Litigation Department. She joined O'Neill & Borges in 2008. Upon graduation from the University of Puerto Rico in 2005, Ms. Ríos-Morales clerked for the Hon. Efraín E. Rivera-Pérez, Associate Justice of the Puerto Rico Supreme Court. From 2006 to 2008, she worked as a law clerk to the Hon. Francisco A. Besosa, U.S. District Judge for the District of Puerto Rico.
