private
law
practice
since
1988.
Mr.
Aquino's
commercial
lending
experience
includes
representing
borrowers,
lenders
and
credit
enhancers
in
numerous
financing
transactions.
In
the
mergers
and
acquisitions
area,
Mr.
Aquino
has
been
involved
in
several
asset
and
stock
transactions
for
local,
stateside
and
international
clients.
Mr.
Aquino's
real
estate
experience
includes
representing
several
clients
in
the
areas
of
residential,
commercial
and
tourism
developments.
Mr.
Aquino
has
represented
several
clients
in
a
number
of
real
estate
financing
transactions
and
in
a
number
of
transactions
involving
the
leasing,
sale
or
acquisition
of
commercial
and
industrial
properties.
He
has
also
been
involved
in
the
drafting
of
timeshare
legislation.
