PROFILE

José L. Notario-Toll is an associate in the Corporate Department. He joined O'Neill & Borges LLC in 2009. From 1997 to 2009, Mr. Notario-Toll occupied different positions at the Puerto Rico Legislative Assembly, including Chief Legislative Aide to the Senate President from 2005 to 2008.
