Cacho

He
joined
O'Neill
&
Borges
in
1986.
In
the
mergers
and
acquisitions
area,
Mr.
Cacho
has
represented
both
sellers
and
buyers,
including
U.S.-based
and
foreign
businesses,
in
many
types
of
transactions,
including
leveraged
buyouts
and
the
privatization
of
several
state-owned
enterprises.
Mr.
Cacho's
corporate
and
public
finance
experience
includes
representing
government
and
private
issuers,
underwriters,
credit
enhancers
and
other
parties
in
various
issuances
of
debt
and
equity
securities
in
Puerto
Rico.
Mr.
Cacho
has
worked
in
numerous
bank
financings,
representing
both
borrowers
and
lenders.
He
has
also
assisted
many
United
States
and
foreign
companies
in
connection
with
various
aspects
of
their
Puerto
Rico
operations,
including
the
start-up
of
such
operations.
