PROFILE

Isis Pérez-Vélez is a partner in the Corporate Department, where she specializes in environmental law and litigation. She joined O'Neill & Borges in 2003. Prior to joining O'Neill & Borges, Ms. Pérez-Vélez served as a law clerk in the Puerto Rico Circuit Court of Appeals. Since her arrival at the firm, she has been involved in one of the most complex and significant enforcement cases involving underground storage tanks in Puerto Rico.
