PROFILE

Isis Pérez-Vélez is a member in the Corporate Department, where she specializes in environmental law and litigation. She joined O'Neill & Borges LLC in 2003. Prior to joining O'Neill & Borges LLC, Ms. Pérez-Vélez served as a law clerk in the Puerto Rico Circuit Court of Appeals. Since her arrival at the firm, she has been involved in one of the most complex and significant enforcement cases involving underground storage tanks in Puerto Rico.
