in
the

legislation,
attends

hearings,
prepares
position
papers
on
proposed
or
pending
bills
and
resolutions,

drafts
legislation
and
amendments
to
pending
legislation.

Nieves-Quiles

applicable

governmental
transactions,
local
licensing

permitting

commercial
