Antonio
Roig-Lorenzo

Borges

and
has
been
in
private
law
practice
since
1992.
He
has
primarily
been
engaged
in
commercial,
construction
and
general
civil
litigation
(in
both
federal
and
local
courts),
alternative
dispute
resolution,
administrative
proceedings,
and
bankruptcy.
Mr.
Roig-Lorenzo
has
represented
major
construction
contractors
and
their
bonding
companies
in
litigation
involving
construction
claims.
His
clients
in
this
area
include
Lucent
Technologies,
Levitt
Homes,
Pavarini
Construction
and
Liberty
Mutual.
Mr.
Roig-Lorenzo
has
represented
owners,
including
Namco
Cybertainment,
Lucent
Technologies,
and
the
Puerto
Rico
Department
of
Public
Housing,
in
relation
with
construction
disputes
in
arbitration
and
mediation
proceedings.
He
has
also
represented
telecommunication
companies
such
as
Centennial
in
claims
filed
at
the
Puerto
Rico
Telecommunications
Regulatory
Board
and
federal
court.
Finally,
Mr.
Roig-Lorenzo
has
represented
various
creditors
in
complex
commercial
bankruptcy
case.
