Alberto J. Bayouth-Montes

Alberto J. Bayouth is a member in the Labor and Employment Department. Prior to joining O’Neill & Borges LLC he clerked for former Chief U.S Magistrate Judge Justo Arenas. Currently, Alberto advises and represents employers from different industries in a broad range of employment law and labor relations matters including terminations, wages and hours, compensation, employment leaves, restrictive covenants, trade secrets and confidentiality agreements. Also, he has experience as a trial lawyer defending employers in state and federal court against retaliation, harassment, discrimination, wrongful discharge, collective actions, privacy rights and other employment claims. He also has argued or briefed multiple cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, the Puerto Rico Supreme Court and the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals.
