Our Tax practice group represents corporate clients in all aspects related to income, property, excise, municipal taxes, and tax credits. We assist in tax planning upon establishing operations in Puerto Rico, as well as in connection with particular transactions that may ensue after operations have commenced. We represent clients in tax audits. Also, we assist them in obtaining rulings from, and negotiating closing agreements with, the Puerto Rico Treasury Department.
