legislative
area,
we
have
extensive
experience

and

of
bills
and
resolutions.
We
assist
clients
in
appraising
proposed
legislation
and
submitting
written
comments
and
proposed
amendments
to
legislation.
We
also
assist
clients
in
connection
with
legislative
investigations,
and
with
testimony
or
information
that
clients
may
be
required
to
give
or
submit
in
response
to
invitations
or
subpoenas
issued
by
the
Puerto
Rico
Legislature.
We
are
knowledgeable
in
all
legislative
procedures
and
have
extensive
experience
assisting
our
clients
in
participating
and
collaborating
at
all
stages
of
the
legislative
process.
In
the
administrative
affairs
area,
we
have
been
involved
in
the
monitoring,
evaluation,
and
drafting

proposed
regulations,
both
at
the
central
government
and
municipal
level.

drafting
proposed
regulations,
administrative
orders,
executive
orders,
ordinances,
and
circular
letters.
We

obtaining
rulings

opinion
letters
from
government
agencies
such
as
the
Department
of
Consumer
Affairs,

Department

Treasury,

Office
of
the
Commissioner
of
Financial
Institutions,
